JapanServis - was established in 1996 by several professional car traders whom have more than 16 years experience in the global car trading sector. We have created an extensive network of suppliers and customers all over the world. We only deal with new and used cars, and sell only to companies and individuals involved in the car business. |  |

For more than 10 years from now Japan Service Ltd. is operating in the spare parts market for Japanese motor vehicles such as TOYOTA, MITSUBISHI and NISSAN. Our company is specialized in repairing a wide range of damages in sport utilities vehicles and for passenger cars of all the mentioned Japanese brands.
At the beginning of its activity Japanese Service Ltd, was operating with only one service point at Zogu i Zi- Tirana. Actually, about 15 persons are working for our company. Part of the staff is also 3 economists taking care of the financial management of the company based computerized system.
By the middle of 2002 a new repairing service point was opened in Tirana near Kamza bridge. This service point included four working lifts and a control one. Actually, there are being repaired 5 – 8 vehicles per day. A parking lot for about 15 vehicles is also available there. Staff of this service point consists in 4 mechanics, 2 mechanic engineers (engines specialist). There are being managed not only the most random defects and routine maintenance services, but also engine rebuild in the motor of the Japanese vehicles.
Since Japanese vehicles are very specific with regard to their electronic part, our service points are fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and instruments such as special original tools, tester of the electronic examination ,elektronic wheel alinement.
Our central warehouse is an important supplier not only for our company (vehicles being repaired in our service points) but also to the same clients. Spare parts used for routine defects and maintenance services make the vast majority of the inventory. According to the necessities, our company can order other specific and more expensive spare parts. The delivery of such spare parts is concluded within 5 days, if it is an air order and within 15 days if it is a sea order. It is worth mentioning that our company uses only Genuine Spare Parts. As per the lubricants in our service points our clients may find only the most quality ones such as those of the brands “Liqui Moly” and “Mobil 1”. In order to better service to our clients we also provide them Auto-Transport service with a discount up to 10%, any time it is necessary.
Except individuals, our clients include public institutions and different international organizations operating in Albania.
Due to the wide range of purchases and through personal contacts we are able to provide our clients with quality spare parts from Japan and Belgium as well as better services at competitive prices. Company’s revenues are considerable and as a result Japan Service Ltd. is registered with the respective tax authority as a big size business.

Auto-Transport Service
Among other services we can provide to our clients, transportation of damaged vehicles into our service point. We can offer such a service non-stop (24 hours a day) covering all the territory of the Republic of Albania and for all types of vehicles except buses.
Velocity in providing the service
- Up to 150 km - within a day
- 150 to 200 km - within a day depending on the time we get noticed
- Over 200 km - next day if we get noticed before 12:00
